About the event
As we wrap up Aromantic Spectrum Awareness Week, we welcome everyone to join us for an evening of education & conversation!
From 6:30-7:00, our current president, Sasha, will give a short presentation about aromanticism. This is a great opportunity for newcomers to join us - whether you are newly considering this identity for yourself, or an ally seeking to expand your own knowledge.
Then from 7:00-8:00, we will have a group discussion about our own ideas, experiences, and perspectives on aro identities. Sasha will facilitate with some prompts/questions to help guide us, but the conversation will be open to follow the interests of attendees and go in any direction. Ultimately, the goal is that we spend some quality time in conversation, and hopefully come away with a better understanding of ourselves & each other!
