The Society of Asexuals and Aromantics of Alberta (SAAA) is a registered society in Alberta. While everyone is welcome to attend events regardless of member status, becoming a member has advantages such as: voting on motions made during the Annual General Meeting, and voting or running for election on the Board of Directors.

• Membership is open to anyone who lives in Alberta.

• You are not required to identify as asexual/aromantic/a-spec to become a member of SAAA.

• Membership is free and runs for the calendar year. Filling out the membership form below means that your membership will be valid until December 31, 2026.

• The membership form asks for an address. This is required by the Alberta Societies Act. Your address remains confidential and will not be shared.

• You are welcome to become a member using a preferred name. If you run for the Board of Directors and are elected, your legal name will be requested & published in accordance with the Alberta Societies Act.

Our 2026 Annual General Meeting is anticipated to be held in May 2026. Once the meeting has been scheduled, all who sign up for membership will be emailed a "Save the Date" with the meeting link, agenda, instructions about running for the Board of Directors (only open to members), and any other relevant information.
