About the event
Join us on Wednesday June 17 in downtown Calgary for an evening Walk and Talk!
Meeting point: Between 6:00-6:10, we'll meet at our usual spot in Kensington, outside Aggüdo Coffee Roasters. Sasha is hosting this event and will carry mini ace/aro flags to identify themself! Aggüdo is located beside the Sunnyside LRT station; if you're driving, note that street parking is free in Kensington after 6, with more parking available in paid parkades or about 5min away by Riley Park.
Our walking route: At 6:10, we'll start walking. We'll leave Kensington, cross the river around 10th St (depending on construction), follow the river pathway up through Eau Claire, and go around Prince's Island Park. This is a flat, paved route with occasional small hills. There are multiple spots with benches for rest stops if needed. Depending on how folks feel, we can either do a full loop back to Kensington…
