About the event
As we prepare for the Calgary Pride Parade, it’s time for our annual Pride Planning Picnic! If you're interested in marching in the parade with us or watching it as a group, or have questions about Pride, or if you just want to hang out and spend some quality time together, come on out to Riley Park. Friends, family, and allies are welcome too!
We will meet at the SW corner of Riley Park, in the gardens along 10th St - click here for a map.
In case of poor weather, we have a back-up location reserved at the Central Library downtown. If we need to move indoors, there will be updates posted on our social media, Discord Calgary channel, and emailed to folks who RSVP. (RSVP is not required but encouraged!)
Bring your water bottle, snacks/lunch, a blanket or a chair. Wear green/purple or rainbows if you want! Feel…
