About the event
The Edmonton Pride Parade will be on August 23! If you're interested in marching in the parade with us or have questions about Pride, or if you just want to hang out and spend some quality time together, come on down to our picnic hangout. Friends, family, and allies are welcome too!
We will meet on the Alberta Legislature Grounds by the Fountains, located in front of the Legislature building - click here for a map. If this event has to be moved indoors due to weather, there will be updates posted on our social media, Discord Edmonton channel, and emailed to folks who RSVP. (RSVP is not required but encouraged!)
Bring your own water bottle, snacks/lunch, a blanket or a chair. Wear green/purple or rainbows if you want to get in the Pride spirit! Feel free to bring a game or other activities - in addition to talking about…
